Speakers
 | James Goolnik, Practice Owner and Dentist, London James qualified in 1992 from King's College London. He has worked exclusively in the City since 1995 and took two years off to gain a Masters degree in Conservative dentistry at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute. He founded Bow Lane Dental Group, a multi-speciality dental practice with an onsite laboratory in 2001. James is a past-president of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a member of the British Dental Association. He is a judge for both the Dental Industry Awards and the Dentistry awards. He lectures internationally and has delivered over 90 seminars on tooth whitening techniques, minimal invasive dentistry, dental marketing and growing your business whilst having a life. His book Brush is a number one best seller on Amazon and all the profits go to Dentaid. The first project was in Malawi where James installed a two surgery dental practice and led a dental team to deliver a skills transfer workshop. His current project is tackling the problem of sugar being used as a reward for children. |

 | Nigel Reece, Managing Director, Dental Design Nigel founded Dental Design – the leading design and marketing agency for the dental profession – back in 2000. Its key focus is delivering dental marketing strategies with measurable ROI, through website design, SEO/PPC, social media, e-mail marketing and much more.  | Alun Rees, Dental Business Coach, Former Dentist and Practice Owner Alun Rees BDS is The Dental Business Coach. He graduated from Newcastle University and spent several years as an oral surgery resident before working as an associate in a range of different practices. With this solid foundation, Alun launched two practices in the space of just 15 months, a challenge in the toughest economic conditions. He sold his dental business in 2005. His background and experience have given him a strong understanding of what others go through to build a successful practice. He has seen many different approaches and learned his own lessons in the real world. He is an accepted authority on practice organisation and management and has written and presented widely on the subject. He understands and appreciates the challenges, both large and small, that face dentists every day and offers specific and specialised support for dentists and their teams.

 | Daz Singh, Practice Owner and Dentist, Liverpool Daz qualified in 2005 from the University of Liverpool. In 2008, with his business partner, he co-founded, Ollie & Darsh, a private aesthetically focused GDP based dental clinic in the centre of Liverpool. His clinical focus and interests are around delivering ortho-restorative aesthetic solutions to his patients in a minimally invasive way. He is a founding member of the European Society of Aesthetic Dentistry and is also a member of both the British and American Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has also lectured nationally as an instructor for both Invisalign GO and 6 Month Smiles. |
