Important information for invoices 

Please note that if your place will be paid by a third party (e.g. your Trust), we still need a completed booking form from each delegate. If your Trust requires an invoice, please fill in this 'BDA Invoice Request Information' form and return to Sarah Rockliff at your earliest convenience. Once we have received the completed 'BDA Invoice request Information Form' and a completed conference booking form, we will process your invoice request and booking.

Please note we are unable to confirm your place on this event until we receive these two completed forms.

Payment MUST be received prior to the event. It is highly recommended that payment is made by personal card or cheque and, if appropriate, that you claim back the amount from your Trust at a later date.


Poster competition

SPDCS Trainee Poster

All postgraduate trainees (foundation and specialty registrars) who are currently working in salaried primary care dental services (SPDCS) or those who have completed a training post within the SPDCS within the last three years are invited to present a poster at this conference of any research project or audit they have conducted during their postgraduate training within SPDCS. 

Service Improvement Poster

In addition, members of the dental team working within a salaried primary care dental service are also invited to submit a poster (as an individual or as a group)  to demonstrate a service initiative, clinical audit or implementation of good practice that has resulted in a service improvement.

All those who wish to publish their work in poster form should submit their details and indicate which category they wish to enter by email using this form
