The BDA Good Practice framework has been a great way for us to do that, and it will also help us monitor quality standards going forward."
"The assessment process was an excellent motivational tool for staff as it provided them with a structured way to demonstrate and capture the hard work and excellent service that they provide within a community setting each and every day. It also allowed them the time to reflect on their individual and team contribution to the service and celebrate their achievements."
