  • Acting as a channel of communication and making recommendations to the GDPC.

Four members of this Sub-Committee are elected by the GDPC and five are appointed by the Executive Sub-Committee. Seats on BDA Committees can become available within a given GDPC triennium period, in which case by-elections will be held.
