Good Practice handbook

The member handbook has been designed to provide clear guidance on how BDA Good Practice membership works including annual renewals, member communication and benefits. It also includes information on how membership can be used to enhance your practice.

Marketing assets

Marketing your practice and membership

The ‘Marketing your practice’ document has been designed to help your practice promote its BDA Good Practice membership to new and existing patients, professionals and other regulatory bodies. It includes a number of templates and information to help you, as well as advice on press releases, your website content, social media, newsletters and other email communications.

Merchandise

Promote your membership with our Good Practice merchandise. The patient information leaflets and commitment plaque help your patients to understand what you have achieved and how it affects them.

Download a copy of the patient information leaflet which you may wish to include on your own website.

Logos and guidance

We encourage you to advertise your membership by using the ‘BDA Good Practice member’ logo on your headed notepaper, compliment slips, practice newsletters, patient information leaflets, website and advertisements, as an adjunct to your own branding.

It is important that references to, or use of the BDA Good Practice logo is not misleading to patients. In particular, BDA Good Practice should not be promoted as a guarantee of satisfactory treatment outcomes.

Our guidelines for how to use the Good Practice logo should be used for each of the formats available.

Social media templates

Use our Good Practice social media photoshop templates to promote your membership on social. Please email us for access to the templates.
