Case study: My journey through Dental Foundation Training

I am currently completing my Dental Foundation Training (DFT) on the Cardiff and Barry scheme in South Wales. Transitioning from dental school to DFT was initially a daunting prospect, but I have learnt a lot along the way. I want to share my experience and offer some tips to help make the transition feel a little less overwhelming for anyone starting the journey.
