Designed for dentists who qualified outside of the UK but who are working towards registering with the GDC. You’ll get information on GDC registration processes and resources that will be important for your future practising life.

Extra Affiliate membership allows you access to everything in our Essential Affiliate package, plus personalised one-to-one support from our expert advisors, ensuring tailored guidance throughout your professional journey.
Essential Affiliate membership
As an internationally qualified dentist you may want to come to work in the UK. You’ll need to go through a complex and lengthy registration process and will be unfamiliar with the way that dentistry operates here. Essential Affiliate membership gives you an affordable way of learning to understand UK dentistry.

The minimum membership period is 12 months, and you can choose to pay annually, quarterly or monthly.
Essential Affiliate fees increase year on year up until the third year. This gradual fee structure allows you to access critical resources while focusing on achieving your GDC registration and building your career in UK dentistry. Once you have registered with the GDC, you qualify for any of our three general categories of membership.
