A recording of a webinar that took place on Thursday 4 June 2020.

This webinar will explain how leadership behaviour can impact team performance and enhance the patient experience. It will introduce an Engagement Toolkit for dental practices and show how leadership skills can be learned and mastered through practice, allowing the clinician to balance leading a team with their clinical work.

Learning objectives

  • Understand how to build effective communication with your team, patients and others
  • Gain an increased awareness of the importance of leadership skills in building effective teams
  • Learn maintenance of skills, behaviours and attitudes which engender and strengthen patient confidence in your whole team.
