This webinar will give insight into practice valuations and when the right time for you to sell your business is. The speakers will be joined by a panel of experts and will discuss the benefits of various practice valuation calculation methodologies. They will walk you through an example valuation, helping you understand how adjustments you make in your practice or in a practice you might want to acquire, will affect the practice's final value.

About the speakers
Luke MooreDirector and Co-owner of Dental Elite
Luke is one of the directors of Dental Elite. Prior to establishing Dental Elite, Luke worked in senior management positions and played a fundamental role in establishing another dental consultancy firm. With Paul Wilkinson, he launched Dental Elite in Spring 2010, bringing together their backgrounds in finance and healthcare management.
He has brokered hundreds of practices to large dental corporates and other dentists and is well regarded in the dental market for providing vendors with a detailed analysis of their practice and the basis of its valuation.
Phil joined Dental Elite at the start of 2017 and has become an integral part of the practice sales team. He has over 5 years’ experience in the dental industry specialising in implantology, periodontal disease and pharmaceutical sales where he was the National Sales Manager.
Phil has now acted on a number of Dental Practice transactions right across England and Wales.
