This webinar will give insight into practice valuations and when the right time for you to sell your business is. The speakers will be joined by a panel of experts and will discuss the benefits of various practice valuation calculation methodologies. They will walk you through an example valuation, helping you understand how adjustments you make in your practice or in a practice you might want to acquire, will affect the practice's final value.

Learning objectives

  • Understand the relationship between turnover, variable costs and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation)
  • Be aware of the key factors that most affect practice valuation
  • Recognise how lifetime cashflows and good financial planning can impact your retirement and make timing the sale of your practice less precarious.

Learning content

A one-hour panel discussion with the chance to ask the speakers questions at the end of the webinar.
