Aesthetic Dentistry, King’s College London and Private Practice London
Dr Banerji designed
and is the Programme Director of the world acclaimed MSc in aesthetic dentistry
programme at King’s College London Faculty of Dentistry Oral and Craniofacial
Sciences. He is also in private practice in London.
Apart from his
clinical practice and teaching Dr Banerji conducts research at King’s College
London supervising Master’s and PhD students. He has published in numerous peer
reviewed international journals, is author of several books, and board member
on expert and advisory international panels including the European Expert
Consensus Panel on severe tooth wear. He has lectured and taught postgraduate
dentists internationally and is an internal and external examiner for
universities in the UK and around the world.

Qualifying
from Birmingham University, Andrew has followed a journey to progress to
further qualifications, experience and training which
form the basis of his special interests in dental aesthetics, composite resin
bonding, complex rehabilitation and management of wear.
Having
gained Distinction in a double Masters of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in
fixed and removable prosthodontics as well as two further academic diplomas. He
is also a Graduate of the Kois Centre, based in Seattle – of which only a
handful have attained this 9-step level of training within the UK.
Andrew
is Past- President for the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a
long-standing member of the AACD, the International Team for Implantology, the
Association of Dental Implantology and the British Society of Occlusal Studies.
He is also a post-graduate tutor for Kings College London and sits on the
editorial board of many dental subscriptions.
He is also an educator to other dentists on a nationally and international level. Andrew is a key opinion leader to the industry and is Director of IndigoDent – dental education focusing on composite resin, photography and tooth wear management.
