HQ Hotel

The HQ hotel this year is The Europa Hotel which is located in walking distance of the Assembly Buildings.

The hotel is holding an allocation of bedrooms for the conference which you can book directly with them. Rates are £160 B&B per room per night single occupancy and £180 B&B double occupancy. If you feel at all unwell, we encourage you to take a lateral flow test the evening before you are due to arrive - should your test result be positive, we ask you not to attend.

If your test is negative, but you do have symptoms of COVID-19 (a new, persistent cough; a high temperature; or loss/changes to your sense of taste or smell) we kindly request you consider not attending the event to mitigate any risk to other attendees.

Air

The Assembly Buildings is in the heart of Belfast City.

Belfast City Airport is three miles from the Assembly Buildings and Belfast International Airport is 19 miles. The Journey time is approximately 20 and 40 minutes respectively from the airports to Belfast City Centre.

Airport shuttles and private taxis operate between the airports and Belfast City Centre and both airports have a range of hire car providers. The airports are served on a regular basis from all major UK airports.

Train and bus

The Europa train and bus centre serves all locations in Northern Ireland and Dublin City and is beside the Europa Hotel.

The Great Northern Car Park is within 2 minutes walk of the Assembly Buildings.
