- Be aware of why complaints arise, learn how to deal with them effectively and prevent them in the future
- Consider current changes to legislation in child and adult safeguarding and how and when to take action
- Understand the importance of decontamination, how to ensure high standards are maintained and gain tips for improvement
- Improve understanding of how to detect early stages of oral cancer and know when to refer
- Be able to recognise signs and symptoms, and identify the initial management for common medical emergencies
- Understand why record keeping is necessary and gain guidance on how to write effective records.
