Cracked and fractured teeth

In 2001, Dr Andriukaitienė graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine and until 2002 she performed an initial residency in Kaunas "Dainava" polyclinic. In 2004, she completed specialist training in Endodontology at Kaunas University of Medicine. She underwent advanced training in  Endodontology at Cardiff University, UK. Since 2005, she has been in private practice limited to endodontology. Since 2008, she has been working as an endodontist at the Vilnius Implantology Center. She completed her doctoral studies at the University of Tromso, Norway in 2010.

Since 2014,  Dr Andriukaitienė has held the post of Chairperson of the Baltic Society of Microscopic Dentistry (BMOD). Since 2013, she has been President of the European Union of Microscopic Dentistry and since 2009, she has been a member of the Board of the European Association of Microscopic Dentistry.

Monika Eriksson is a specialist in endodontics, having completed her 3-years specialty training in endodontics at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and she has been working as a full time endodontist since then. Monika works at a private practice Smile Tandvård in Örebro as well as Colosseum Specialisttandvård in Västerås. Apart from clinical work Monika gives lectures and courses in endodontics. Monika has been responsible for so called Trainee Programme within Smile Tandvård and sha has been teaching endodontic part of the programme in 4 consecutive years. Monika is a board member of Swedish Endodontic Society.

Shalini commenced specialist training at King's College London in 2006, obtaining the MClinDent in Endodontology with Distinction and Membership in Restorative Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009. She is Course Lead of the MSc and MClinDent Endodontology programmes at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Shalini has recently been appointed Consultant in Endodontics at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She was elected as Vice Chair of the Central Committee for Dental Educators and Researchers (British Dental Association), a member of the Dental Education Board (RCPSGlasgow), British Endodontic Society council member and a member of the European Society of Endodontology Clinical Practice Committee.
