Meet the speaker

James Fitton 250X250 James Fitton Endodontist

James qualified from the University of Leeds with merit, following which he worked in general practice in Edinburgh. He then undertook two years as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal United Hospital in Bath and Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Hospital. It was during this time that he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Following this he enrolled on the four year specialist training programme at Guy's and King's College London Dental Institute, which he completed with distinction. He has also been awarded the Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons, England and Edinburgh. He accepts endodontic referrals in private practice in and around Oxfordshire.

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join the Oxford Section committee. A role on the committee is a great way to get involved in the BDA at a local level and to help provide and shape local educational and networking events. It’s also great to have on your CV!
