Meet the speaker

Laura Allison 250X250 Laura Allison Sustainability Specialist, Bupa Dental Care

Laura is Sustainability Specialist for Bupa Dental Care and a General Dental Practitioner, combining her two passions of healthcare and environmental and social sustainability. As well as working in the dental sector, her sustainability experience has spanned clinical practice, healthcare and the higher education sector.

Laura has an MSc in Environmental Bioscience from the University of Warwick. Her particular interests include the links between human health and the health of the planet and mechanisms for clinical waste reduction.

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join the Oxford Section committee. A role on the committee is a great way to get involved in the BDA at a local level and to help provide and shape local educational and networking events. It’s also great to have on your CV!

The Section has the support of the centrally-based Local Services team who are on hand to help and advise on any aspect of running the Section and planning events.
