What to expect
Network with other local dental professional from 18:00, followed by a lecture from William Donovan which will provide review the GDCs standards for the dental team regarding complaints procedure, explore the modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors for complaints arising, discuss the psychological impact complaints can have on yourself, and review a case series of complaints and their outcomes.
