Sulaman Anwar Sulaman Anwar Specialist Periodontist and Implant Surgeon

Dr Sulaman Anwar is a registered specialist periodontist with a master’s degree in periodontology and a particular interest in sedation and the care of anxious patients. He is a fully registered member of numerous prestigious professional bodies, including the British Dental Association (BDA), European Federation of Periodontology, British Society of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, International Academy of Periodontology, and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

In addition to his clinical work, Sulaman is Chair of the BDA’s Brent and Harrow Section, serves as a GDC Fitness to Practise panellist, and sits on the interview panel for the dental undergraduate programme at King’s College London. His dedication to supporting others has seen him undertake various voluntary roles, including a placement with the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.

Sulaman is one of the few dentists in the UK trained to perform the advanced Pinhole Surgical Technique, a minimally invasive procedure for gum recession.

He is also deeply committed to promoting sustainable practices in dentistry which is evident at Serio Dental where he is founder and clinical director.
