Hotel car park charges are £17.00 per 24 hours per vehicle from 1 December 2024.

Off-site Parking
Offsite parking is located in Trinity Street car park which is less than 100 metres from the hotel main entrance. There is also off site parking at the New Market car Park, 803 spaces, 30 disabled, within 200 metres of the hotel.

Parking Garage
Trinity Street council car park is situated under the hotel, with the entrance located five meters from the hotel's main entrance. The new market car park is situated on Hunter Street, Chester CH1 2AR. It is open from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm for vehicles, and both pedestrian access and vehicle exit are available 24/7. Entry tickets are required, and the tariffs are as follows: up to 1 hour: £3.50, 1-2 hours: £5.00, 2-4 hours: £6.50, 4-5 hours: £9.50, and over 5 hours: £13.50. There is also an evening rate of £4.00 starting from 6 pm. The car park offers 803 car parking spaces, including 30 accessible parking bays. Additionally, there is a height restriction of two meters for vehicles. It is important to note that parking in off-site car parks is chargeable to guests, and for the most up-to-date information, please refer to the tariff displayed in the car parks.
