The Annual General Meeting will be held at 19:00 for BDA members only. An agenda, previous minutes and any relevant reports will be emailed to members a few days prior to the event.
If you feel at all unwell, we encourage you to take a lateral flow test the evening before you are due to arrive - should your test result be positive, we ask you not to attend.
If your test is negative, but you do have symptoms of COVID-19 (a new, persistent cough; a high temperature; or loss/changes to your sense of taste or smell) we kindly request you consider not attending the event to mitigate any risk to other attendees.

By Car
From the south A1/M: Turn off at Junction 46 signposted “B1224 Wetherby” then follow the signs to Walshford and The Bridge.
From the north A1/M: Turn off at Junction 47, take the York A59 road, then turn first left and follow the signs to Walshford and The Bridge.
From the M1 and M62: Follow the signs to A1/M north & Wetherby. Turn off at Junction 46 signposted “B1224 Wetherby” then follow the signs to Walshford and The Bridge.
By Rail
The nearest local railway station is at Cattal (2 Miles), with direct links to York, Leeds and Harrogate.
