Meet the speakers

Simon Dyke is the Membership Plans Development Manager at Lloyd & Whyte.

Simon has over 20 years insurance experience within the healthcare sector and has a Diploma in Insurance qualification. Simon has been part of the membership plans team since 2015 working closely with practices, helping, and advising on dental patient healthcare plans to make sure their needs and the needs of their patients are met. He is a firm believer that understanding people and their business is the key to success.

Simon also manages the Lloyd & Whyte regional Account Executives ensuring they have the knowledge to deliver the best advice and guidance to clients. By working closely with you, Simon and his team ensure that they provide the right plan for you and your practice. Along with this comes peace of mind that you have a comprehensive plan for your patients and a regular income for your practice.

Some of the key areas he advises on is what to include in your plan, marketing, pricing, as well as the launch of your plan.

Kim Rimmer is a regional Account Executive for Lloyd and Whyte, based in Oswestry, specialising in bespoke membership plans for Dentists and Veterinary practices.

Kim has over 15 years’ experience in Financial Services and delivering expert, tailored advice to customers is something that she is passionate about. Her background has always included client management, business  growth, problem solving and solution finding. 

Kim believes in taking the time to really understand clients’ unique circumstances in order to provide the best bespoke services to support them and their business.
